Rough couple of weeks!
The past week couple weeks have been really hard on us. First Skyler got sick and was put on medication that only made him sicker. Which was no fun. The poor little guy couldn't leave the toilet for more than ten minutes before he was back on it. We did end up getting his medication changed and he has been doing 110% better.
During the middle of all that going on with him I ended up getting sick and having my hips come out of alignment, which is super painful if you've never had it happen. I did get my hips realigned that to Dr. Matt Taylor of New Life Chiopractic. I was still in pain though and had a really high fever. Mom ended up talking me into going to the ER where they told me I had a severe kidney infection. Apparently I had an UTI and didn't even notice and it had worked its way to my kidneys. I was put on antibiotics and lortab for the pain and fever. So cross your fingers that I start feeling better soon.
All in all though we are doing much better now that we are on the proper medications. I would just like to thank my Mom for helping me through all of this and Justice for being there for me too.

Stomach problems
I don't know how many of you know this, but Skyler has always had some tummy issues. Lately they have become increasingly worse. So we took him to the doctor where she prescribed him previcid, which caused more issues than it helped. So we took a second trip to said doctor and he has now been put on zantac. Which seems to be going a lot better.
My only question is: Why can't they realize that there is something wrong and run the tests they keep threatening to run? I am truly worried that there is a big problem, but then again I have always been a bit of a worrier especially when it comes to others well being. Not usually my own.

Oh where to start with us? I am a single mom living in a tough world, ok so it's not that tough but still... Skyler is 4 years old and loves everything from football and baseball to his baby Max. He especially loves our dog Payton who is a pit bull/ lab/ spaniel mix. We have our adventures and we love (almost) every minute of it!
